14-day money-back guarantee

Ask within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked.
This applies to every paid plan: the 7-Day Start, Monthly and 3 Months.
For the Monthly plan, each monthly payment can be refunded within 14 days of that payment. This includes the first monthly payment after a 7-Day Start.
After a refund, your account goes back to the Free plan. Your documents stay saved.

How to ask for a refund

Email lastminuteresumeapp@gmail.com from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt email. Our payment provider, Paddle, can also process refunds directly through the link in your receipt.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel the 7-Day Start or the Monthly plan at any time, so you are not charged again. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current month. If you want that refunded, ask within 14 days of the payment.

After 14 days

We do not normally refund payments older than 14 days. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or the service not working for you, contact us anyway and we will do our best to help.
