Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Last Minute Resume ("we", "us") for using lastminuteresume.com and its app (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• Give accurate sign-up details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away at lastminuteresumeapp@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Your content

You own the resumes, letters and other content you create or upload. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to our AI providers when you use AI features. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for your content. Make sure it is truthful and that you have the right to use anything you upload.

AI features

The service uses AI to suggest and write text. AI can make mistakes or produce text that is inaccurate or unsuitable. Always review what it writes before you use it. You decide what goes on your resume. Do not use the service to invent qualifications, employers or experience you do not have.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone else's rights, through the service;
• upload malware, or try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service;
• scrape the service, resell it, or use automated tools to make large numbers of requests;
• use the service to create spam, or misleading or harmful content.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payments

• Free plan. Includes one document of each kind, downloads in one free design of each, and a small number of AI messages to try the assistant, as shown on the pricing page.
• Pro plans. We offer the 7-Day Start, a monthly subscription and a 3 Months plan. Prices and what each includes are shown on the pricing page at the time you buy.
• 7-Day Start is a paid 7-day trial of Pro. Unless you cancel before the 7 days end, it continues as the monthly subscription at the monthly price shown when you bought it.
• Monthly subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• 3 Months is a one-time payment that does not renew. It lasts 3 months, then your account goes back to the Free plan.
• Fair use. AI features on every plan have a daily fair-use limit (currently 100 AI messages a day on Pro), because each request has a real cost.
• Payment provider. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Refunds. You can get a full refund within 14 days of paying. See our Refund Policy.

Changes to the service

We are always improving the service and may add, change or remove features. If we change prices, it will not affect anything you have already paid for. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice so you can download your documents.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing lastminuteresumeapp@gmail.com. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we cannot guarantee that using it will get you an interview or a job.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost opportunities or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is important, we will update the date at the top and let you know by email or in the app. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
